We have used 2 of these for several weeks now and highly recommend to anyone with aches and pains. I feel they don't actually fix a major problem, just give relief at bedtime. I have shoulder and hip pain from old injuries, and at times in the past have had to resort to pain killers to get to sleep. I definitely get a much better sleep, only getting up only once or twice during the night instead of nearly every hour, and I am actually a good sleeper. I think it took a week or more for the true benefit to show , but now go to sleep with it in place every night and usually sleep like a log. Great product, and like the fact that it turns off after 20 minutes.

Bought for my husband -70. 10 years of a swollen and painful knee probably due to an infection after arthroscopy in his 20s. After 2 weeks of daily use - 1 x20 minute session, his knee pain has gone down from about a 5/10 constant to less than 1/10 sometimes and the knee is 2cm smaller. Amazing really. Highly recommended.
